Damaryce Ndira

Damaryce Ndira is an experienced Management Professional. She is a highly multi skilled business management consultant with more than 20 years of experience in People & Corporate Brand Communications, PR and Marketing Strategy, Organizational and Market Systems Development. She is the Founder and Director of Go Beyond Limited; a Management Consultancy firm. She also serves as the Chairman of Sweden Alumni Network of Kenya (SiANK).

As a visionary leader and an agile team player, Damaryce leads a diverse team at Go Beyond Limited; which boasts of a reputable clientele base of public and private owned government and non-governmental organizations. In her previous employment engagements, she has immensely contributed to highly profitable Multi-National Corporations namely ABSA Bank; where she served as a Customer Advisor in Operations and Consumer Banking divisions as well as at Kenya Airways Plc; where she served in various positions, predominantly in the Commercial and Corporate Affairs divisions. Her achievements in championing people development, processes and Systems Strengthening as well as organizational Sustainability are highly commendable.

Damaryce is well versed with managing in high level, dynamic and multi-cultural work environments, and has hands on experience with a wide range of products and services, including fast moving goods. She has worked in global projects with high level partnerships. She served as the special attaché of the national carrier to Kenya National Preparatory Committee of Events, working in close collaboration with The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and The Ministry of Trade and Investment. On this front, she served in the global committees of a number of High Level international events hosted within the country namely WTO MC10 Nairobi 2015, UNCTAD 14 Nairobi, TICAD 6, IAAF WU 18, and The OBAMA Homecoming, in collaboration with Sauti Kuu Foundation and Gina Din Communications, and most recently, Africa Climate Summit 2023, Lake Basin Region Side Event, Kisumu; hosted by the Lake Basin Development Authority.

Damaryce is an entrepreneur who believes that Trade and Investment in any country or region thrives in environments where people as well as small, medium and large enterprises understand and appreciate their role of contributing to sustainable development through building Climate Resilience, promoting good Corporate Citizenship, responsible leadership and skills development.
